Tour guide pick you up from your hotel to start our trip exploring the South of Vietnam. Our first destination is Cu Chi tunnels. Cu Chi historical tunnels are underground defensive systems at Cu Chi district, 70km southwest of Ho Chi Minh city. Cu Chi tunnels is around 200 km in length with ventilations at slum of tree. Cu Chi tunnels were dug in period of Indochinese war and Vietnam war, located in a place so-called “ steel land”, at the end of Ho Chi Minh trail.

Itinerary
Tour guide pick you up from your hotel to start our trip exploring the South of Vietnam. Our first destination is Cu Chi tunnels. Cu Chi historical tunnels are underground defensive systems at Cu Chi district, 70km southwest of Ho Chi Minh city. Cu Chi tunnels is around 200 km in length with ventilations at slum of tree. Cu Chi tunnels were dug in period of Indochinese war and Vietnam war, located in a place so-called “ steel land”, at the end of Ho Chi Minh trail.
These tunnels are used by Viet Cong soldiers as hiding spot during combat in Vietnam war. Trying experience as a Viet Cong soldier running inside the tunnels and shooting AK47 and M16 gun , which make sure you have fantastic feeling. Continuing our trip, we drive along Ho Chi Minh trail to Dong Xoai town. On the road, we will stop to visit minority hamlets, tropical fruit farms, war relics. Arriving to Dong Xoai, we sleep in a hotel.
Continue our great trip, we drive on Ho Chi Minh trail, , a legend trail of Vietnam, was built by Viet Cong soldiers in War against American from 1959 to 1975. In the war, this place was badly detroyed by bomb rain. But now, you can feel peace, fresh and cool nature view with deep green coffee farms, pepper farms, rubber plantations, and immense green tea plantations stretching on hills. We will stop to visit some minority village to know more about their culture.
After breakfast, we continue our trip on Ho Chi Minh trail to Lak Lake. Lak lake is the largest freshwater lake in Highland and around by wild mountains and forests with houses of Mnong ethnic people. Then, we drive to DraNur waterfalls- the biggest waterfalls. When you reach here, you can enjoy grandiose mountains of Highland, swim in cool nature water and relax. By the end of the day, we sleep in a local house of Mnong people.
After breakfast at Lak lake, we continue our trip on back of adorable elephants walking along lakes to explore forests view minority villages of Mnong people, where you can relax and take great pictures( fee for riding elephants is excluded). Then, we leave the back of elephants to take a walk to explore the forest. You will have great time of hanging out with local people for drinking cold beer and eating great grilled wild meat. And, we don’t forget to swim in cool fresh waterline under waterfalls. After that, we drive to Buon Me Thuot, capital of coffee in Vietnam. We sleep in Eden hotel.
After breakfast at hotel, we leave capital city of coffee- Buon Me Thuot, we will drive on Ho Chi Minh trail. Addition to wild beauty of forests, you have chance to learn more about the American War of Vietnamese while we stop to visit war relics. Also, we visit tea plantation, pepper plantation, and so on. When we arrive to Kon Tum, we sleep in a hotel.
Start another new day in our trip after breakfast and coffee at hotel, we will visit an amazing wood church in Kontum, which is the most beautiful building in city built in 1930s and completely made of woods by handicraft methods. After church, we visit an orphan home, where orphan children are being raised and study. Leaving from Kontum, we continue our trip on Ho Chi Minh trail, take a rest at peak of Lo Xo pass- one of the highest pass in Vietnam with over 2000m in height from level sea. From here, you can enjoy whole view of virgin mountains and forests and breathe fresh air. After conquering the highest peak pass in Vietnam, we head to Bo Cap Waterfall (scorpion waterfall). You can relax here before going to Kham Duc hotel and spend a night there.
We have breakfast and coffee at hotel. Another interesting day in our trip, we are going to explore and experience on the rest of Ho Chi Minh trail. We stop to visit pineapple farms, ethnic villages, and incense- producing village. After that, we will visit one of Cham ancient temples built by Cham people in Champa Kingdom in the past. Our great trip will be finished when arriving to Hoi An.
